🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and IT support requests
• Provide technical assistance in a Service Desk environment
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
• Follow IT Service Desk best practices
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users

🧠 Required Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  OR
• One-year Diploma in Information Technology

📜 Professional Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification (added advantage)

💼 Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in:
  • IT Support / Service Desk
  • Customer call handling
• Practical exposure to IT Service Desk operations

💻 Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory

🌟 Other Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills

🎯 Age Limit

• 35 years or below at the closing date
