🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Or related field
• Recognized by UGC Sri Lanka
• International Project Management Certification (required)

🛠️ Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in project management
• Experience in:
  • Banking / financial services (preferred)
  • Digital / payment systems / regulatory projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Agile
  • Waterfall
  • Hybrid methodologies
• Proven ability to manage:
  • Budgets
  • Timelines
  • Risks

🎂 Age Limit

• Preferably below 45 years
