Role Overview

As an intern, you will play a key role in creating engaging video content and managing social media platforms to enhance the brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging video content (Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos).

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing the brand’s presence across various social media platforms.

• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns.

• Production: Assist in video shoots, from conceptualization to basic mobile-based editing.

Requirements

• Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, or similar mobile apps).

• Knowledge: A strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.

• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to tell stories through short-form video content.

• Communication: Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).

• Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
