Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking an Executive – Auto Centre for their Motor Claims Department.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Assist and advise customers on claims documentation and pending requirements.

Claims Settlement: Handle walk-in clients and obtain claims approvals to ensure timely settlement.

Operations Management: Manage daily vehicle invoicing, supplier payment follow-ups, and related documentation.

Coordination: Assign and coordinate survey jobs for vehicles under repair.
-
Reporting: Prepare monthly operations reports based on data from the auto centre.

Feedback Handling: Manage customer calls, feedback, and appeals related to auto centre operations.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare delivery order forms for amounts and obtain HOD approvals.
Requirements (What You Bring)

Education: Qualified in GCE A/L.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attributes: Strong customer service skills are required.
