Sunshine Holdings PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager – Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and procurement compliance within its diversified conglomerate.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Lead the sourcing of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Indirect Procurement.
Cost Optimization: Drive cost savings through negotiations, supplier development, and material substitution.
Compliance & Systems: Oversee MRP and ERP processes while ensuring adherence to procurement compliance and contracting standards.
Supply Chain Management: Ensure supply continuity, optimal inventory levels, and effective supplier performance management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with broader business needs.
Initiatives: Implement effective compliance policies, audits, and training initiatives.
Personal Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transport and Logistics, or a related field. An MSc or MBA is considered an added advantage.
Experience: 4–5 years of procurement experience in FMCG or similar industries.
Technical Skills: Expertise in structured sourcing, supplier management, category handling, forecasting, and market trends.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attributes: Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently and deliver value through cross-functional projects.
