We Are Hiring! Softlogic Information Technologies is looking for a Copier Technician.

Softlogic Holdings PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s most dynamic entrepreneur-led consumer driven conglomerates, is inviting applications for the position of Copier Technician to join Softlogic Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.

Job Profile

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintenance & Repair: Prior experience in handling A4/A3 Laser Printer/MFP & Copier repair and maintenance.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to Printer HW and PC connectivity, including installing and reinstalling software packages and updates when required.

• On-Site Support: Travel to client sites for Printer HW technical support and fix problems onsite.

• Advanced Repairs: Ability to resolve problems with printers at the component level would be an added qualification.

• Administration: Handle all administrative tasks within the time limit.

• Teamwork: Must be a team player and complete tasks with ownership.

Qualifications and Skills Expected

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education:

  • Should possess GCE A/L examination with minimum 03 Simple passes.

  • NVQ Level 04 and above or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institute.

• Experience: Minimum 02 years’ working experience in Hardware Technical and IT Repair sector.

• Technical Skills: Good troubleshooting skills on MS-Windows and Intel based computer hardware.

• Age: Should be below 35 years.

• Attributes:

  • Be able to recognize, research, isolate, and resolve problems with proper solutions.

  • Ability to work independently.
