Fashion Bug (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join its team as a Senior Production Executive.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an apparel manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of consumption calculations and B.O.M development.
• Knowledge of pre-costing and post-costing.
• Knowledge and experience in product development.
• Experience in managing sub-contractors.
• Knowledge and skills in handling the production process.
• Experience and knowledge in pattern making.
• Knowledge and experience in selecting fabrics.
• Experience in an ERP system will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle consumption calculations and B.O.M development.
• Manage pre-costing and post-costing activities.
• Support product development activities.
• Manage sub-contractors involved in the production process.
• Handle and monitor production processes.
• Coordinate production-related activities to support smooth operations.
• Apply knowledge of pattern making and fabric selection.
• Work with relevant teams and suppliers to support production requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing and production processes.
• Knowledge of consumption calculations and B.O.M development.
• Pre-costing and post-costing knowledge.
• Product development skills.
• Sub-contractor management skills.
• Knowledge of pattern making and fabric selection.
• ERP system knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and effectively in an apparel manufacturing environment.
