Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage teams effectively.
• Experience in financial services, banking, leasing, or a related sector will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer/member relationship management and financial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
